料金

このサイトに掲載されている各ホテルの料金はi-Stayを通じてのご予約のみに適用されます。

支払い

宿泊費は現地通貨でホテルに直接お支払いいただきます。（一部のホテルで全額前払いをお願いすることがあります。予約を確定していただく前に画面でご案内します）。

申込金

ご予約時、申込金をお預かりするホテルがあります。金額はホテルによって異なりますが、i-Stayがお客様のカードに課金させていただきます。お客様はチェックアウトの際、手数料を差し引いた残額をホテルにお支払い下さい。期限までにキャンセルされた場合はこの予約手数料はお返しいたします。一部に予約手数料が不要のホテルがあります。予約ボタンを押す前に確認いただくことができます。（詳しくは「予約方法」をご参照ください）。

キャンセル

所定の期日までにキャンセルの連絡を頂かなかった場合は、取消料を、ホテルからお客様のカードに課金させていただきます。キャンセル規定はホテル、時期により異なりますので「予約する」ボタンを押す前に必ずご確認下さい。

クレジットカード情報

ご予約にあたり、お客様のクレジットカード番号をホテルに伝えることをご了承下さい。キャンセル料はこのクレジットカードに課金されます。

ホテル情報

• ホテルの情報についてはできるだけ正確なものを収集することを心がけておりますが、必ずしも最新の情報と一致しているとは限りません。
• 各ホテルで改装･改築は恒常的におこなわれており、事前の予告無く始まることも多いためです。ホテルの設備情報、改築･改装情報についてi-Stayは一切責任を負いません。

ベッドの数

ベッドの数、大きさについてはお客様のリクエストをホテルに伝えてはおりますが当日の状況によってはご希望に添えないこともあります。チェックイン時フロントで確認の上再度リクエストをしてください。

Rates

The rates provided thorough this website are available only through i-Stay.

Payment

You will pay the accommodation fee in local currency at the hotel upon check-out.

Deposit

• i-Stay may require you a DEPOSIT at the time of booking, of which amount varies according to the hotel.Please check it before pressing CONFIRMATION button.
• The hotel will charge you only the balance upon check-out in case the DEPOSIT has been paid beforehand.
• The Deposit is refundable if you cancel the reservation before the due mentioned on the confirmation slip.
• i-Stay reserves the right to charge your credit card for this DEPOSIT.

Cancellations

If you failed to cancel a booking by the deadline set by the hotel, the cancellation fee will apply. The hotel reserves the right to directly charge the relevant amount to your credit card. The cancellation policy depends on the hotel’s individual policy and the season. Please check the hotel’s cancellation policy before pressing CONFIRMATION.

Credit Card Information

By making a booking, the client authorizes i-Stay to pass on credit card details to the hotel.

Hotel Information

i-Stay does not guarantee the accuracy of the all information displayed on the website, even though we make every effort to ensure them accurate. Or, it does not take any responsibility for hotel facilities or renovations. Refurbishing and maintenance may take place at any time without any prior notice.

Bedding Configuration

Although we make every effort to ensure the requested room type available, iStay cannot guarantee the actual bedding configuration of the room. Please tell your request again at the front desk upon check in because it is subject to availability.
